The three cocktails in the standard class
Every standard hen party cocktail masterclass includes three cocktails per person. These are the three that have been chosen because they cover a range of techniques and flavour profiles, and because they're all genuinely delicious:
Sex on the Beach — the crowd-pleaser opener. Vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry and orange juice. You'll learn how to build it over ice, layer the colours and nail the garnish.
Mojito — the technique one. Muddling the mint and lime is an art form. Your mixologist will show you how to get the balance right — not too sweet, not too sharp, with a proper rum base and the right amount of fizz.
Cosmopolitan — the shaker classic. Citrus vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry. The Cosmo is a lesson in how a proper cocktail shaker works and why temperature matters. This one gets competitive — everyone has to taste each other's versions and vote on the best.
The competitive element
The class isn't just a lesson, it's an event. Each cocktail round includes a competitive element: taste-offs, judged presentation, speed rounds. The mixologist keeps score throughout. There's a winner at the end (and usually some good-natured arguments about who made the best Mojito).
The games and competition format is designed so that it works whether your group is fully into it or just along for the cocktails. Nobody is put on the spot in a way that feels uncomfortable, it's all good fun.

Mocktail versions
Every cocktail in the class has a non-alcoholic mocktail version. The Sex on the Beach becomes a fruity blend of juices and grenadine; the Mojito is lime, mint, sugar and soda; the Cosmopolitan becomes cranberry, lime and a splash of orange.
The mocktail versions are made and taught in exactly the same way as the cocktails, same techniques, same glassware, same garnishes. Guests who don't drink aren't left out of anything.
